As the owner decided to have the last word regarding this review, unfortunately, I feel the need to give more details regarding the experience. I was not planning to give a public review, but ignoring my wife's emails lead directly having to express myself via this channel. For information to potential clients. For the below experience I paid more than 11,000.- Euros (the flat was fully renovated and the flat needed to be rewired and new lights and plugs were installed in almost all rooms, earthing needed to be done, certificate of conformity, etc 120m2 flat to give some realistic context). If everything was working this review would not exist as the issue is with the quality and not the price. Experience: the company responded quickly to online enquiry and was available relatively fast. It was not the cheapest offer, but I hoped that the additional money would lead to better quality. The employees were clean, on time and polite. The owner came in person for the quotation and was given free access to all parts of the apartment and all equipment installed was chosen by them in terms of brand and quality (we only chose functionality and warmth of lights). During the works there were several issues: When changing team members, some of the communication was not transmitted from one member of the team to another - as it was 4-5 different people working in teams of 2 or 3 employees at the time). This lead to several corrections of works (in cases of items drawn by the Azelec employees themselves at the correct location on the wall). To put water in the wine we agreed not to change several incorrectly installed plugs (the washing machine is not were it was originally supposed to be). We were still fully blamed by one members for the miscommunication. Another time the written quote was not respected and we were charged extra to install what has been agreed - again we were blamed for it, despite the written quote - and after quite some discussion finally the agreed works were carried out. After the works, the workers did need to come back several times, but not only to check the led light as the owner explained. 1. The dimming of the bathroom was not working as it was agreed. This was fixed by an employee together with the reengineering of the automatic fan logic, which again works as intended when the fan switches on. 2. The led strip in the bathroom is always on (during the night all lights in the bathroom are glowing and hence constantly use a small amount of electricity). This was not fixed as it was not visible enough during the day despite closing the door. 3. The led light in the living room is occasionally blinking. This is not fixed, and extremely distracting. For this our energy supplier was blamed (Engie and Sibelga), as a reminder, the company could chose all equipment freely as long as the light temperature was as desired. As the employee could not detect it during his visit (it was indeed not blinking at that time) the conclusion seems to be on of the following: Siblega sucks, the building is bad or the clients are stupid. Since the company is no longer responding, we no longer bother to contact them with new issues such as the oven not heating more than one cooking space at maximum (again brand new top brand oven costing 2k euro), due to not having sufficient electricity. Or the automatic fan in the bathroom only switching on "automatically" in an extremally humid steamy bathroom if I switch it on and off 3-4 times. As the renovations were finished only 6 months ago, and there are 4 items that are not working as they ought to, I am indeed worried what will happen in the future. I am very disappointed.
