BOETS SANITAIR BVBA

J'ai récemment engagé BOETS SANITAIR BVBA pour installer une nouvelle douche, et je dois dire que ce fut une expérience décevante. Le monsieur a mal placé les profilés, a cassé deux carreaux et a refusé de les remplacer. Il a essayé de cacher ses erreurs avec du silicone foncé, ce qui est tout simplement inacceptable pour une nouvelle douche. De plus, j'ai découvert que la douche était placée au-dessus d'une prise électrique, ce qu'il pensait normal ?! Le drain était également mal placé et ne s’écoulait pas correctement, ce qu’il a ignoré. M. Boets a accepté un dépôt important et a refusé de poursuivre ses travaux sans paiement supplémentaire, puis a cessé de répondre aux messages. Bref, une expérience très peu professionnelle et regrettable. Soyez prudent avant de choisir cette entreprise.

We found Boets Sanitair on the internet. They have an excellent website with photos showing bathroom works before, in progress and afterwards. The very friendly Jo came to the apartment to assess our bathroom. The works were carried out by the company owner, David, and his assistant Bjorn, with others (plasterers, for example) helping as and when required. David and Bjorn worked a miracle in the bathroom and toilet, stripping the rooms back to the brick and then installing everything from scratch. Their work was outstanding, with a really beautiful finish on the tiling edges and round the new window sill and on silicone seals etc. We could not be more delighted. David and Bjorn were also a pleasure to have in the apartment—two very nice people who were very easy to talk to. We were delighted with Boets Sanitair and very much recommend them.
