Quelle belle expérience avec ECOWORLD ! Ils ont installé des panneaux solaires chez moi à Herdersem-Alost et je suis extrêmement satisfait du résultat. La qualité est vraiment excellente et ils ont prêté attention à chaque détail. La finition était de grande qualité et le tout à un prix raisonnable. Aucune avance requise, ce qui est également appréciable. Les travaux ont été réalisés avec soin et professionnalisme, avec une bonne planification et une communication claire. Équipe très disciplinée et sympathique. Service au top ! Très bonne explication de Sébastien Flamant qui a pris suffisamment de temps pour bien tout expliquer. Également une inspection et un enregistrement rapides auprès du fournisseur d'énergie

Na enkele problemen die door vriendelijke medewerkers werden opgelost, ben ik nu wel tevreden over de diensten van Ecoworld. Het enige wat ik wil melden: bij de installatie zelf kreeg ik niet één woordje uitleg over de werking. Toen dacht ik nog: dienst na verkoop laat te wensen over. Daar denk ik nu anders over.

Great experience from quotation to installation & after-care. Plus-points: * Helpful assistance & clear explanation of to be installation during the quotation/visit & very quick responses to questions afterwards * Clean installation + aftercare - had some questions on the app of the consumption & were quickly taken care of by the team * Our first legal inspection of the installation was declined due to a mistake in our electrical installation (not linked at all to ecoworld), yet they immediately looked with us to fix it to ensure we pass a second legal inspection
