Just two stars; not because the work was not done nicely. The workers really knew what they were doing, but the whole administrative process was a total pain : the quotation did not clearly state whether tax was included or not (it wasn’t ; making it 21% more expensive than originally thought). Getting a planning was impossible and we had to wait a lot longer than originally promised before they started the work. The eventual bill then included very detailed extra costs; a detail that was conspicuously absent before. Good work but very poor handling of the order.
