Acdak gets 1 star as far as we are concerned and they only owe that to the friendly subcontractor who they had carry out the assignment. Very poor accessibility, unreliable and very dissatisfied with the end result. - 1 of the roof windows is leaking - when installing the roof insulation, the screws came through the finished interior of the house. Our question whether this could be repaired or reimbursed was not answered. - roof insulation does not achieve the promised value - agreements about the start and end of the assignment were not kept - if you wanted to speak to them because you had questions, you would get a call back every now and then after calling and emailing very often - we made a large down payment. When the assignment had to be completed, the driveway was still full of rubble and they wanted us to pay within 2 days. We indicated that we would do so as soon as everything had been completed properly. They did not agree. The employee who came to clean up took a whole truckload of rubble with him and did agree. - we did not see anyone from acdak itself, they were hired intermediaries - our repeated requests to repair or compensate the damage were not responded to. In short: do not do business with ACDak.

The service and quality of this company is seriously lacking. After the original installation – which involved extra holes in the walls and unfinished drainpipes – the roof was leaking like a sieve for 1.5 years. Although I reported this problem about six times, it took six months before they finally took action. Someone came out to assess the situation and determined that it was indeed their fault. An appointment was then made for the repair, but it was cancelled the day before because suddenly no technician was available. This caused another four week delay. When the time finally came, no one showed up again – and this time I was not even informed. Despite calling thirty times and sending multiple emails, to this day I am still waiting for a response on how the roof and the associated damage are going to be repaired. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Look elsewhere and choose a company that does provide quality and service.

Due to access to roof through AC roof, facade cover strip with ornament removed at property boundary. Contractor asks unskilled tenant of property whether this should be replaced? Incomprehensible chance of leakage and gaping hole above gable of neighboring border! You don't deliver any work like this! We are very satisfied with the service of AC Dak! From the moment we reported a leak, Wilma did everything she could to help us. Despite the fact that it was a difficult problem, she remained patient, friendly and very involved. Where others might have given up, she kept going and sent someone to find a solution each time. Willem finally fixed the leak. The team showed that they really care about their customers and will not stop until everything is fixed. You could not wish for a better service. Wilma and Willem, you are the best! I would definitely recommend AC Dak to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated roofing company.

ACDak heeft een plat dak vervangen inc. lood- en zinkwerk. Vanwege regen kon het werk niet in 1x afgemaakt worden, dit ging gepaard met een miscommunicatie in de planning tussen de dakdekker en ons, wat kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Desondanks heeft ACDak dat heel snel en adequaat opgepakt en hebben ze het dak snel afgemaakt, zodat de zonnepanelen geplaatst konden worden. Al met al zeer tevreden dus!

Zeer slechte ervaring met AcDak. Dak laten renoveren, daarna meer lekkages dan voor de renovatie. AcDak belt nooit terug, belooft van alles, maar diet weinig. Ik raad aan AcDak te mijden. Ik kan bewijs delen hier eventueel. Griet Marc Kubbinga..

Wat een fijne service! De mensen op kantoor zijn heel behulpzaam. Er wordt snel en effectief gecommuniceerd met aandacht voor de mens. Uiterst vriendelijk en deskundig personeel die m'n lekkage aan het verhelpen zijn. Ook al was het lek niet meteen bovenwater, ook zij zijn pas tevreden als jij het bent.

Vooralsnog tevreden over het afgeleverde werk. Minder tevreden over hoe lang ze de rommel / oude pannen etc. die van het dak kwamen, hebben laten liggen (haast 7 weken), voor ze na heel veel bellen werden opgehaald. Ook wachten we nog op een digitale betalingsbevestiging, die om allerlei redenen steeds maar niet verzonden wordt. Kortom, tevreden over de werkzaamheden zelf (nog afwachten natuurlijk), maar zeer ontevreden over het contact daarna met het kantoor.

Meestal vraag hoe laat / óf ze komen. 3× Teruggeweest voor lekje(s), druppelt nog altijd. Toen het regenseizoen afgelopen zomer begon bleek de rare knik in dakgoot, waarvan buurman mij foto stuurde, groter probleem. Het water stroomt daardoor niet naar regenpijp maar loopt over. De persoon, die steeds schreeuwende werd, beweerde er niks aan te kunnen doen. 2 Keer om iemand anders gevraagd, toegezegd, staat toch weer dezelfde op deur te bonzen. Ander bedrijf benaderd.
