a big ZERO. More than a year ago we started building a new home. Everything has gone perfectly and according to plan so far. Almost too good to be true. However, ACE Liften is now doing everything it can to turn this beautiful story into a real nightmare. They don't keep their promises, don't answer emails, they are rude on the phone and you are fobbed off with vague new promises. Payment terms are suddenly changed at our discretion. If you correct them about this, once again they will not respond and you will probably have to wait even longer. Our lift was already ordered in March and, as agreed, a 30% deposit was immediately paid. Today we are still in the dark about a delivery and installation date, which means that subsequent works that should have already been carried out and for which the necessary agreements had been made with these contractors must be moved to ??? Only ACE lifts knows that date. It remains a matter of waiting for us.

Many promises when signing the contract. Everything went very smoothly for our new construction, we had no problems whatsoever with any contractor. Almost too good to be true. Ace Lifts is now doing everything it can to make this beautiful story end in a nightmare. They don't keep their promises at all. Do not answer emails from us or the architect, are very unfriendly and very short on the phone, change payment terms after signing the contract. If you don't agree, they won't respond again and will keep you in the dark for even longer. Paid 30% advance more than 5 months ago. Lift would immediately go into production. Today there is no prospect of further delivery or installation, which means that other ordered subsequent contracts cannot be carried out and have to be moved.
