Coming to clean the chimney in October with a social deal. 5 months later, the soot is flying around. Contracted back asking why? With the answer why is it always our fault 1500 customers and there are 10 with complaints including 9 from social deal. My question was to help us not be portrayed as a tight saw. Now someone came today who wanted to help me. And cleaned my chimney properly. And there is clearly a big difference. That man did make the effort to see if the brush came out all the way. Went back and forth at least a few times until soot came down. Checked the chimney after work with some paper on fire and it probably did the job for half an hour. With ad cleaning everything was arranged in less than 10 minutes. This is not just a paper for the insurance but you are responsible if you don't do your job for chimney fire and co2 poisoning. Even when it is busy and you decide to enter into a social deal.

Called on Monday....repaired today, not for us but for a new customer who is super happy due to the super fast and correct execution of the works.👍

a disadvantage: the drains to the cistern were not closed. Result: rainwater stinks and has color - cisterns must be emptied and cleaned. Which will give us a cost of at least 250 Euro. The roof itself is perfectly fine.
