GUI Fences installed a complete fence and carport for us for a considerable sum. You expect good after-sales service from a professional company, but unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. A defect has occurred (the fence is now coming loose), and I've been trying to contact them for six months to have it repaired. Attempts to reach them by phone have been ignored. To date, no concrete appointment has been made, and the problem remains unresolved. Given this extremely poor follow-up and the customer's disregard after payment, I absolutely do not recommend this company. This is unacceptable service.
