Have had my air conditioning for almost 2 years now. In terms of prices, top but in terms of service, big shit. Now I suddenly get a message on the air conditioning, E8 (no idea what this is) email them about this. Their answer was, warranty only counts if a company has installed this (explained to me how to install the car and suddenly this is not allowed??) and you have had annual maintenance done, otherwise your warranty will expire. If you email them and remain civil, you will receive an email back saying... come on over; we will show and explain to you how the warranty works... and that only a technician is allowed to start the air conditioning, which is what happened. All in all, they do everything they can to avoid the warranty, so here it is; In terms of price they are good, in terms of service they are a big ZERO. Then I'd rather pay more and have a service.

Un amateur vraiment pas sérieux...le gérant vous dit au téléphone que la climatisation Gree que vous souhaitez est en stock. Vous vous tapez 150 kms pour aller la chercher mais une fois sur place on vous dit qu'il n'en a plus !! J'aurai dû vous facturer mes kilomètres ! Jamais vu un incompétent ainsi....Heureusement pour moi je suis passé chez un concurrent à Oreye qu'il l'avait de stock.
