@willy
@willy. Let's tell the truth (ONCE AGAIN). -You bought the device in March 2021 . - you reported in August 2022 that the appliance cools insufficiently. Logical 1.5 years without proper maintenance…… I repeat again, You bought an appliance that is only for the kitchen. I have explained all that to you…. There is no under capacity nor is the device defective. The only times you called me (with a clear lisp in your language… .. offensive (because everything is under warranty) do not invite you to view a device (which we know for sure works) free of charge. I can only do it for you I can/could only speak to you. With regards

Just tell the truth.
Just tell the truth. The device was installed in March 2021 (I assume the warranty only starts then). In August 2022 I reported the first complaints, so well within the warranty period. Then let it be known that the device works perfectly, without ever having seen it, let alone come and check it (during this warm period) is just nonsense not to have to admit that the flow rate of this device is simply too light.

Message from Willy..
Create some clarity. A purchased appliance for the kitchen cannot cool the entire house .... This was mentioned several times in the sale .. The installation was also 2 years ago .... everything must be under warranty while I know with certainty that: A defect on the remote control : misuse. Insufficient cooling : some for the kitchen. I always want to come with pleasure. But the final settlement was not settled until 2 months after the invoice date......

very bad service from company, especially the complete miscalculation regarding the weight of the device in our home.
very bad service from company, especially the complete miscalculation regarding the weight of the device in our home. indeed the device was found to be much too light to provide sufficient cooling in our space. unfortunately experienced this with this summer 2022. Then get the blame from the company that we would use this wrong. The company doesn't even bother checking this out.
