ordered an awning in June because we knew that delivery times would take a long time. November 25 they will place the awning, the side was made wrong in the factory. waiting for a new one... at the end of February the time had finally come, we thought. Due to an incorrect measurement, a small piece was not delivered. this would take up to 3 weeks, the workmen said. In the meantime, we are at the end of April and it is still not ready. if we contact you, it depends on the delivery times. But actually it is due to an incorrect measurement. We ask how this is compensated? We're not getting an answer to this... Hopefully we'll get an answer soon! Very sad that this is happening...
