For the installation of just two simple taps... Mr. Kikumbi caused three leaks! He came back four times, but the problem has never been resolved! Incapable of fixing the problems he created, Mr. Kikumbi abandoned the site and no longer answers calls or messages... yet he was paid in full for the "work." He showed no respect for schedules or deadlines. There was a complete blurring of the lines between his personal and professional life. The work was dirty, sloppy, and unprofessional. Since his intervention, the water distribution system needs to be completely redone. Avoid at all costs!
