We would like to warn people who want to work with this company, this was a real nightmare for us. If everything goes well, you will probably not experience any problems, but as soon as something goes wrong and as happened to many of us, hold on to the branches of the trees. They will treat you in a pedantic manner, insult you, gaslight you and minimize the problems/errors. The contractor and interior designer are a couple and constantly cover for each other in case of problems, in other words, as a customer you have no hold and you can almost never get it right, take into account that the contractor must always have the last word and he will always make this clear in a stubborn to even derogatory tone. People will reproach you that, as we have experienced, we were not involved at first, that we did not understand anything, that we panicked, despite an accumulation of large and small mistakes, but then suddenly were too difficult and made absurd demands in the end. Requests to correct serious mistakes are apparently absurd demands. This company apparently cannot deal with customers who point out mistakes in a professional manner, also due to a total lack of good follow-up. In addition, the contractor made it clear to us that he does not care about this, he is not impressed by 1 customer who dares to criticize his work. He made his entrance huffing and puffing, what followed was nothing but sadness. We were not a priority and we knew it. Do not be misled by the videos created, they CANNOT make them come true. These videos are made to get customers 'in'. Below is an overview of the accumulation of issues that we all had to report and address ourselves, due to the poor communication and follow-up of AW, incorrect measurements of the works by the contractor, subcontractors and interior architect: 1. Damage to the front door handle, the front door still falters and is difficult to open 2. Damage to new sliding window, damage to new roller shutter, still falters and the motor has already failed once. 3. We were able to prevent separate push buttons being provided for the roller shutters everywhere in time, the request was for everything to be on 1 central panel as it was initially. 4. We were able to prevent screed being poured over an obvious water leak on newly installed sanitary pipes in time. 5. Ceiling installed with three different heights in one room. The interior architect's answer when we called was stoic and cold: "They did it for good, they gave you the highest height everywhere." 6. Poor advice regarding radiators in terms of location and type, these are now too wide, which means we cannot hang the same curtains everywhere and lose space to place the sofa as originally planned. 7. Because of those convectors that are too wide, the technical cabinet is now an abstract 'eye-catcher' of the room, the plan clearly stated that the casing had to be retained, which is why we have gone backwards here. They were willing to adjust this, but at an additional cost. 8. When we indicated that we did not agree with the convectors, it was decided to install them anyway. AW's answer: "They are in there and have therefore been used, so we cannot exchange them free of charge." 9. Electric cable was plastered into the ceiling where the stairs were to be, so the stairs could not be installed immediately. 10. The piéce de résistance however was the kitchen, installed by the company Eremex under contract (check reviews), it is too much to list all the mistakes so I will pick out the most flagrant ones: a) The base was at right angles and loose under the kitchen top. The answer from the kitchen fitter was as follows: "If the customer puts chairs in front of it, you won't see it anymore." b) The worktop of the cooking area protruded too far, so that you could not open the drawers without hurting your hands, not at all practical. The contractor experienced this himself and had to admit it. They measured the kitchen top incorrectly twice to finally get everything in line as the customer had initially requested. Etc ... Look, something can always go wrong, agreed, but the way we have been treated in this whole story is downright scandalous. Finally we received our final invoice by email in which we were asked to agree to their estimated final invoice... It turned out that their work on a time and material basis was 55% more expensive for the plastering and 17% for the electricity... As a result, we had to get a lawyer involved... What if we had not done any follow-up or reporting ourselves, how would this project have been delivered? Conclusion, I hope nothing goes wrong if you do business with this company!

Excellent renovation and interior design, very satisfied
I recently had my home renovated and the interior decorated by ALPHA WORKS in region 8500. What a great experience! With a fantastic score of 4.5 out of 5, I can do nothing but praise. The quality of the work was really top, and that is thanks to their eye for detail and finish. Everything went according to a tight schedule, so I knew exactly what to expect. And then I haven't even mentioned their disciplined and professional approach. The team was also super friendly and made sure that everything was left tidy. Correct prices and clear communication completed the picture. Really recommended!
