I am surprised to read all these good reviews. We have not had such a good experience with this company at all. It concerned a renovation project of our bathroom, with concrete cire finishing of the walls and floor. The first contacts were good, and the offer was made quickly. After that we had to exercise some patience, because the realization of our project was only carried out six months later. At first there was nothing to criticize about the finish, but soon there were some problems. The shower drain showed a crack and was therefore not waterproof. The washbasin furniture was poorly sealed, resulting in water damage on the inside and, moreover, the drain gutter started to get mouldy. The furniture was re-sealed, but to this day there is still a musty smell from the water damage. The drainage gutter was re-sealed, but has molded again under the sealant. So can't get it right! There was also supposed to be a slat in this drainage gutter, but it never came. We have tried several times to reach Mr Vaes, but there is no response to messages, emails or phone calls... 😡

Artisan concrete has placed a polished concrete floor as a terrace at our renovated house. Due to the prior visit with technical discussion, it was very clear what was going to happen, and what preparations we could make ourselves. The works were delivered quickly and cleanly, and we are very satisfied with Artisanal Concrete!

We had a foundation floor in polished concrete placed for our poorhouse by Ambachtelijk beton. Kris made a clear price agreement, then followed a punctual execution with a wonderful result !! Craftsmanship still exists!!
