Balti Solar

I recently had a home battery installed in my existing PV installation by Baltisolar in Assenede. The price was right, so that was a plus. Unfortunately, I did experience some problems with the accuracy of the work. Ultimately, the battery does what it's supposed to do, but the installation could have been more careful. The pain point is that, despite the promise that everything will be done through their energy optimization system (EVA), they are not able to read the production of my existing system. After 4 attempts they gave up. When asked to explain how energy optimization works, I am still waiting for an answer.

Baltisolar Luc Bille scored a measly 2 out of 5 for installing a home battery and charging station in Wilsele. Although communication was clear, the quality of the work left much to be desired. The finish was far from high end and there were some missed details that questioned the professionalism. The project could have used better planning to avoid such problems.

Prima service, vanaf het eerste bezoek voor de offerte met begrijpelijke technische uitleg en advies tot de opvolging per mail. De levering en plaatsing ging zeer vlot. Installatie door vriendelijke, beleefde en nette werkers die keurig werk leverden. Pluim voor James, Manuel en Gauthier.

Zeer goede ervaring met Balti! Correct advies, geen verkoop van hoeveelheid batterijen die we in ons geval toch niet nodig zouden hebben. Plaatsing verliep ook correct en vlot! Ze hielden rekening met het esthetisch kant en mijn wensen als klant. Pavel en zijn collega leverde top werk. Ook de aansluiting door Yuri verliep vlot. Bedankt voor de goede ervaring.

Société très professionnelle avec des collaborateurs à l'écoute et disponible, particulièrement Jonathan, qui a toujours cherché à nous apporter satisfaction, le tout dans un très bon français. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix en matière de photovoltaïque.

Balti Solar ont installé nos panneaux solaires. Nous avons eu une équipe sympathique et le chef nous a tout expliqué. Le travail bien fait. Via mijn buurman gegevens van Ben Beuckelaers en BALTI Solar. Direct afspraak afspraak gekregen. Alle technische uitleg over zonnepanelen & thuisbaterijen uit de doeken gedaan. Prijs offerte precies opmaat ( super van Ben B. ) Installatie gedaan door Brecht &Yuri en 1 man waar ik de naam niet ken. Topteam van BALTI Solar kan alleen maar positief zijn. Dat in amper 2 weken. Ik zal jullie zeker aanbevelen.
