Poor communication and damage during installation project
First of all, he came with the wrong device. The pipes had already been laid that day. During the drilling work through the wall, an electrical cable of the existing air conditioning was damaged. If I had not seen it, he would have drilled through a beam. Now it was only slightly damaged. When I asked to fill in a document for a premium application after the work, he refused to do so or I had to pay €70 in administration costs! After that, I have not been able to reach him in any way. So I can forget about that premium and apparently also any after-sales service in the event of a defect, since he is not reachable

Had a built-in air conditioner installed a long time ago and was very satisfied with the work done at the time. However, scheduling a maintenance service is no longer possible. Called 7x over a period of 2 years, but no time, busy, can't plan, is on the stock exchange, call back again. Installation is ok, but you can whistle at the service.
