There is a huge difference between Etienne the smooth salesman and Etienne the installer. The vacuum cleaner system is more or less ok, but his knowledge of the ventilation system is poor. He always makes it easy for himself by using flexi tubes where it is not allowed. A number of things were not installed at all. I still wonder whether that was out of stupidity or to make more profit. In the end, the client is left holding the baby. In the end, we stopped sawing and another installer put right Etienne's blunders as best he could.

Mr. Van Roelenbosch is impossible to work with. Very unprofessional and does not keep promises! Also very rude in communication. I would advise everyone not to do business with this person!

I am very disappointed in the service provided by BEAM UNITS CVS for the vacuum system that I had installed. Communication with this company was confusing and chaotic from the start. They constantly made excuses not to carry out the works and showed absolutely no commitment. Unfortunately, I cannot ignore the poor quality of work, as well as the unprofessional and rude attitude of the manager. The price was also not correct which made me feel cheated. All in all this was the worst company I have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend them.
