Becker Dakdiensten does not feel responsible for the mistakes. Although I have repeatedly pointed out the leak to him in emails and telephone conversations, he took no action. Instead, he sent an invoice (and a reminder) for replacing the roof tile. In our last email to Becker Dakdiensten, we threatened negative reviews if he did not take responsibility and come and repair the damage. On October 23, 2024, he responded with the promise to come by to take a look at the matter, but he did not do that either, not even after several reminder emails.

I have requested a quote from Becker Dakdiensten BV in Amsterdam for a roof renovation. They came by to record the work, but I didn't hear anything after that. Despite several requests and promises from them, I still have not received a quote after six weeks. This shows very poor service. The planning and communication were really substandard. Ultimately I went to another company. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.
