From start to finish: worthless. €62,000 worth of window frames dropped off on the sidewalk in the morning, without ringing the doorbell. You don't even deliver a pair of shoes like that. Three incomplete deliveries, which each time only became apparent on the spot, because they were always told by email that everything would be there. Sills that were delivered late because Belisol only ordered them 3 working days before delivery with "URGENT". While the order had been there for months. Finally, after 4 deliveries (2 of which were simply dumped on the public sidewalk) and almost 2 months later than agreed, the window frames and windows were there. The flashing, for which Belisol was particularly good at charging and collecting a surcharge, is simply not delivered complete. The rubber to place the windows is also not there. The windows are still loose in the rebate and the window frames are not finished because the flashing is missing. Belisol states that it has delivered and refuses to deliver later, even though it was indicated twice on the delivery note when signing that the delivery was incomplete. Frame measured incorrectly by belisol: blame the contractor who was only supposed to install it; not the technical surveyor of belisol who was paid by us to take care of this and who measured and sent the dimensions of course. 10 panes had to be replaced due to damage on delivery or completely wrong sizes. The last and only pane that belisol itself has to replace (moving part) belisol also refuses to do. A major drama that is now with a lawyer to finally get the items delivered for which payment was made. Let alone all the delay, additional work and the incorrectly measured frame. A dramatic party.

Replacement of all windows and doors in detached house. Very professional approach. Perfectce preparation and advice. Excellent finish and after-service, Good and correct planning, Not the cheapest, but quality and professionalism is worth the price.

Mijn bevindingen die ik heb ervaren met Belisol was qua spontaniteit, attitude bij eerste kennismaking subliem. Alles werd tot in detail uitgelegd. Prijs-kwaliteit is naar mijn mening aanvaardbaar. Wat betreft de uitvoering werden na voltooiing enkele minieme afwijkingen vastgesteld. Doch hiervoor werd onmiddellijk het nodige voor gedaan om hersteld te worden. Dus ter afsluiting geef ik hen een positieve feedback en mag men concluderen dat indien men zoekt naar een betrouwbare en kwalitatieve onderneming, met de nodige ervaring..Belisol is de vestiging waar je kan naartoe gaan om geholpen te worden bij het geven van de exacte informatie en de nodige prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding kan aanbevelen voor de aanbesteding van nieuwe ramen en deuren...!
