Delay of several months for the first delivery, incorrectly mitered window upon delivery, which meant that we had to wait weeks for the glass. After all these delivery problems, we were left with a folded door sill. This was repaired badly by Belisol several times. Because we had unknowingly signed a work document, assuming that this was a document confirming the presence of the workman, Belisol washed its hands of our project and did not want to intervene any further. Belisol also did not want to make any commercial gestures. When we tell our story around us, everyone who worked with Belisol Brugge turned out to be very dissatisfied in one way or another.

Couldn't get back home to the couch fast enough. Agreed materials were not used, damaged windows upon delivery. Installation not according to the rules of the art "BELISOL IS WORSE THAN CHINESE CRAP. The worst quality ever experienced.

The devil is in the details. 1 year ago we chose a well-known, reliable and Belgian company to change all our windows. Explanation, quote and the full amount to be paid before starting work went very smoothly. The installation of the windows and basic finishing also went quite correctly. But afterwards we had to call them back several times because parts were missing or wrong size or color. We had to contact them very often to find out when the finishing would be done. 1 year later unfortunately still 2 unfinished upper windows. The screen door was measured and advised incorrectly from the start... when opened it would almost hit the kitchen table! The pleated door that was going to take its place is still not there. If we don't call or email ourselves we don't hear anything about when everything will finally be finished. Disappointed in the operation of this company, especially the handling of details that keep dragging on, especially after paying a very large sum of money. Not expected from this company with such a good reputation.

Replacement of all windows and doors in detached house. Very professional approach. Perfectce preparation and advice. Excellent finish and after-service, Good and correct planning, Not the cheapest, but quality and professionalism is worth the price.

Uitstekende service. Hardwerkend team. Zeer tevreden met het resultaat. Sterk aanbevolen.

Mijn bevindingen die ik heb ervaren met Belisol was qua spontaniteit, attitude bij eerste kennismaking subliem. Alles werd tot in detail uitgelegd. Prijs-kwaliteit is naar mijn mening aanvaardbaar. Wat betreft de uitvoering werden na voltooiing enkele minieme afwijkingen vastgesteld. Doch hiervoor werd onmiddellijk het nodige voor gedaan om hersteld te worden. Dus ter afsluiting geef ik hen een positieve feedback en mag men concluderen dat indien men zoekt naar een betrouwbare en kwalitatieve onderneming, met de nodige ervaring..Belisol is de vestiging waar je kan naartoe gaan om geholpen te worden bij het geven van de exacte informatie en de nodige prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding kan aanbevelen voor de aanbesteding van nieuwe ramen en deuren...!
