When adjusting a handle of a sliding window, place the wrong color and pretend that nothing is wrong, only to come and place the right one several months and a few emails later. Certainly not recommended on the basis of both quality and customer service!

Terrible. Lack of any professional knowledge and follow-up in case of problems. Windows were, among other things, installed too low (not according to building plans, just put in), the yard has been shut down for 6 months because of this. Corner sliding window arrangement that was supposed to be from Schüco, turned out to be Berlico's own bricolated arrangement with openings cut out in the aluminum with a seesaw. Problems were not solved. Have to hire a lawyer.
