I would like to share my experience about the new-build home that Blavier built for us in Bertem. Unfortunately, I can't help but be disappointed. The quality of the work was really poor and we had a lot of problems. In addition, I found the price expensive for the cheapest materials. You are lured with well-known solid materials, but in reality you get the basic and cheapest of that Premium brand. There is no warranty after delivery, everything is just out of time or due to poor maintenance by the owner. Blavier always refers to WTCB regulations with which they draw up their own rules. Floors with a difference in level and not a single tile that is the same falls below the acceptable standard. Always answering at a legal distance of 2 meters, this is within the standard. Everything in subcontractors who also work with subcontractors. Dirt in the cavity wall is quickly covered up and the customer is always wrong. To anyone who knows something about construction and finds it important that everything is done according to the rules of the art, certainly do not choose this company. Frustration and disillusionment guaranteed.

What a nightmare to work with BLAVIER! The works were a complete disaster, no words can describe how disappointed I am. The quality of the work done was terribly poor. On top of that, the price was completely wrong. I felt cheated and abandoned. As if that wasn't enough, they left a huge mess behind. Dirt and rubbish everywhere. The professionals were also rude and not helpful at all. I honestly can't find anything positive to report on. If you ever have chores that need to be done in Temse, please avoid BLAVIER.
