BOETS SANITAIR BVBA

I recently hired BOETS SANITAIR BVBA to install a new shower, and I have to say it was a disappointing experience. The gentleman placed the profiles incorrectly, broke two tiles and refused to replace them. He tried to cover up his mistakes with dark silicone, which is simply unacceptable for a new shower. Furthermore, I discovered that the shower was placed on top of an electrical outlet, something he considered normal?! Also, the drain was poorly placed and did not drain properly, which he ignored. Mr. Boets took a large deposit and refused to do any further work without additional payment, and then stopped answering messages. In short, a very unprofessional and regrettable experience. Please be careful before choosing this company.

Friendly, thinks along, leaves room for cooperation as well as handy to reduce the price, just fine!

We found Boets Sanitair on the internet. They have an excellent website with photos showing bathroom works before, in progress and afterwards. The very friendly Jo came to the apartment to assess our bathroom. The works were carried out by the company owner, David, and his assistant Bjorn, with others (plasterers, for example) helping as and when required. David and Bjorn worked a miracle in the bathroom and toilet, stripping the rooms back to the brick and then installing everything from scratch. Their work was outstanding, with a really beautiful finish on the tiling edges and round the new window sill and on silicone seals etc. We could not be more delighted. David and Bjorn were also a pleasure to have in the apartment—two very nice people who were very easy to talk to. We were delighted with Boets Sanitair and very much recommend them.
