Big scammer. Had gas boiler maintenance done, paid 200 euros straight away and never received a combustion certificate. Sent a lot of messages but the man just laughs at you. Now a year later I had maintenance done again, and the plumber thought it was urgent, so the work itself was not done properly either.

Bouillot Bvba recently carried out cv and cassette work for us in Elewijt, and unfortunately it did not go as hoped. The quality of the work was disappointing and seemed to have been completed in a hurry. What was particularly noticeable was the messy planning, which meant that we were regularly confronted with unexpected changes in the schedule. The lack of professionalism was noticeable, which did not benefit our confidence in the completion of the job. Unfortunately, we do not recommend Bouillot Bvba based on this experience.

I recently hired Bouillot Bvba for some work in Vilvoorde and it was anything but a positive experience. The quality of the work was below par and the end result is simply not in proportion to the costs. In addition, there was quite a mess left behind afterwards. The professionalism of these craftsmen was far below standard. I had hoped for a smoother collaboration and unfortunately will have to continue looking for a reliable craftsman.

In addition, the place was left messy, which does not come across as very professional. If you are considering doing business with this professional, I would advise you to think carefully and possibly look further into other options.

Bouillot Bvba promised to carry out work on our house in Vilvoorde, but unfortunately nothing happened. We were scammed for 8000 euros. They are apparently very active here, so pay close attention! We have filed a complaint in the meantime. All in all, the communication was chaotic and the agreements were not adhered to. Definitely not recommended.

Bouillot Bvba has disappointed me greatly. Two years ago I paid €8000, but unfortunately nothing has been done. I live at Voerdelaan 3 in Vilvoorde and the experience was downright chaotic. The communication was very bad and the approach was rude. I absolutely cannot recommend Bouillot Bvba and I feel ripped off.

The company Bouillot Bvba gets a solid fail from me with a 1.5 out of 5. We had agreed to have repairs carried out and paid a deposit, but they never showed up in Vilvoorde. The communication was really chaotic and I felt quite unprofessionally treated. I would definitely not recommend this company.

As Mr. El Houssine deleted his Google account following our comment, we are taking the liberty of reposting our comment here. Unfortunately, we were also victims of Mr. Cedric El Houssine, the new manager of the company "Bouillot". He insisted on obtaining our renovation project by promising us a quick start on December 18, 2023, which suited us. We therefore signed his quotes for the installation of the heating system and the roof (by the company "KS Toiture" that Mr. El Houssine took over at the end of 2023). We paid several confirmation and start-of-site deposits (30%, or 18,000 euros) for a "presence" on site of 2 hours the week promised in December, just before Mr. El Houssine's vacation. Until mid-January, we suffered a series of lies to justify his absence from the site. In 7 weeks, he was present 4 days on our site. He threatened us several times to abandon our project and leave with our deposits if we did not also work with him for the ventilation system and the renovation of the plumbing and electricity. At the beginning of February 2024, having no more confidence in Mr. El Houssine and fearing to lose more money, we organized a meeting to negotiate the end of our collaboration with him. We had to give up our 30% deposit, despite clearly stipulated general conditions of sale for the roofing part (15% to stop the work) and the total absence of a construction stoppage clause for the heating part. He reimbursed 1,500 euros of the 18,000 euros paid after 3 hours of tense and absurd meeting. For our first renovation project of our first house, it was a traumatic experience and our budget went up in smoke (16,500 euros) leaving us with a very bitter taste. Mr. El Houssine has proven to be an unmanageable, lying and completely unprofessional contractor. He does not hesitate to use any argument, lie, harassment, threats, excesses to obtain his non-refundable deposits... We seriously doubt his ability to honestly manage a major project, although he seems to satisfy customers in need of urgent repairs. We made the mistake of being influenced by the positive comments on his Google account which only mention emergency repairs (never major projects). We hope that our comment will allow others to avoid having the same experience.
