A very bad experience before, during, and after the sale. A very rude woman who apparently handles accounting, technical service, pre- and post-sales, etc., is foul-mouthed, and gives very incorrect information, like "my technicians will know," while a technician was there and I don't know why he came, denying everything that woman told me. They also took one day to tear down and one day to rebuild, BS. Don't be fooled! When you invoice, you're charged for 101 unmentioned things, and you get zero insight.

Excellent installation and service of pellet stove
On Tuesday 10-12-2024, Broucke came to us to install a new pellet stove. And we are very happy with it. The team, Arno and Bjorn, did their job perfectly. Everything went smoothly, neatly installed, nicely cleaned up..... A big thumbs up for those two guys. We also received all the necessary explanation about the use of the pellet stove. Thank you !!!
