BV Facades Forever

Had work carried out by facades forever for the second time, our first home was finished with insulation and crepi. We recently had our new home bare and once again we are very satisfied. The workers know their trade and communication with the company was also very good. Highly recommended

I hired BV Facades Forever to apply crepi to my exterior facade in Bambrugge, but I am very disappointed in the quality of their work. The finish is very basic and inaccurate, which just doesn't make it look nice. In addition, communication with them was confusing and difficult. I had hoped for better cooperation and a more careful finish. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience. For example, the wrong silicone has been used, causing dark spots on the blue stone, but according to them there is nothing they can do about it. On the internet you will immediately find that they have used the wrong silicone. But then they don't answer anymore.

Hugely impressed by the smoothness, solution-oriented effectiveness and flexibility with which Facades Forever works. For each problem, the most financially advantageous possible solution was sought and setbacks were tackled constructively. All administration was followed up briefly and correctly. A big thumbs up also for the Portuguese team that worked with us. Friendly, polite, helpful, correct and very clean. And when the language barrier let us down, we made do with gestures, English and French. An ABSOLUTELY positive experience! Just a top company that keeps its promises, even after the works

Zeer blij met de afwerking van de voorgevel. Er werd op het einde van de werken overlopen of dit het gewenste resultaat was. Prijsofferte en facturatie waren correct. Enige minpuntje was de communicatie met de werkmannen, die praten enkel Spaans.

Blij met de crepi! Goed gedaan en aan een scherpe prijs.

Got our facade completely renovated several years ago and we would still recommend this company today. Recently a truck damaged a piece of the insulation and stonework and they repaired it nicely to the point where it has become invisible. They have a good material knowledge, helped us think on how to incorporate insulation yet still respect legal limitations (rooilijn). When the glass of a window broke they put in extra effort to find the original glass manufacturer to replace it. They work cleanly within the boundaries of reason. Communication is fast and clear. We liked working with everybody from workers, salesperson, project leads and administration. The French language barier with the workers was maybe the only hickup, but with best effort from both sides there were no insurmountable problems. They were not the cheapest, but the differences in price remains waranted.
