This company is absolutely one to avoid. I have rarely seen such a lack of respect and consideration for employees. From the very first interview, I was sold promises that were never kept. I started at €17/hour with the excuse, "We'll see later," and after two years, there was no real raise apart from a few cents mandated by the government. The equipment and clothing provided were simply shameful: worn, damaged, sometimes already torn. Some tools didn't even work. When I asked for proper equipment—essential in the food industry—total silence. Nothing. And the salaries? Always late. Never on the promised date. Every month was a nightmare: paid on the 11th, the 12th, the 13th… sometimes the 15th. For a company that claims to be "reputable," it's outrageous. Many colleagues experienced the same thing: insufficient equipment, constant pressure, absurd sanctions, and a way of treating employees that I have never seen anywhere else. We are treated as replaceable, and certainly not as human beings. All the documents to be signed were only in Dutch, despite my repeated requests for a French version. The only response: "It's the law." No effort, no explanation, just contempt. Even during important life events, like the birth of my child, it was impossible to get clear information. The result: a completely illogical payment. And the worst part: when I resigned, I was asked to return my work clothes and safety shoes… to be given to someone else. That shows you just how little consideration there is for employees. In two years, this company has shown me everything that can be done wrong in terms of human resources management, respect, and organization.
