Very good explanation of sales. Complete and clear offer. Punctual and clean execution. After service was less. After about 3 months there was a crack in the glass panel of the new front door. The carpenter was referred to the supplier of the glass. I had to phone a lot myself, where they usually referred me to the glass supplier. (Which, as a customer, I actually had nothing to do with). After a few more emails and telephone calls, the glass supplier finally came to replace the glass panel. It also became clear that the cause of the crack ultimately lay with the carpenter . The metal decorative puller had been mounted too close to the glass panel, so that the stresses caused the glass to crack after 3 months.

Old wooden windows in the garage and storage room were replaced by PVC windows with high-efficiency glass. (incl. ventilation grilles and screens)

Vanaf de persoon die de offertes maakt over de werfleider, de persoon van de boekhouding, de ploeg die de ramen geplaatst hebben, ... tot de zaakvoerder. Iedere keer vlot en vriendelijk geholpen. En vooral mensen die zich houden aan gemaakte afspraken. Een droom om met zo'n firma te mogen samenwerken.
