On 20-04-2020 Roofer RBRC (Robin Christien) from 9981 Sint-Laureins was recommended to me via the Jaimy (Belfius) platform. After an inspection of the RBRC on the roof to make an urgently necessary repair (replace the lead around the chimney and a small leak in the zinc gutter about 15 cm), I received a quote for a total of € 645 with a 3 hour job! And various costs such as call-out costs , waste costs etc… Result RBRC came back 2 days in a row!Several times the works were interrupted for more than one hour because he had to buy missing material.RBRC soldered with a small soldering iron with a gas can of only 110 ml the lead to the chimney with Zinc bags partly due to the wind, this toy soldering iron just constantly blew out! As a result, the solder could not be kept flowing and it seems to have been soldered with the tip of an iron. Also slates that RBRC broke itself by unprofessionally taking them off are charged to me. invoice of € 900. On 01-05-2020 first rainy day after repair by RBRC, the leak and the water seepage around the chimney is still a lot got worse than before. Also for the gutter repair, 20 meters of geotextile and a full pot of liquid rubber are counted, while the repair is only 91 cm long! I have called and emailed Jaimy several times about this but the only response is that they would investigate and call back! That was it!! Think before you start with Jaimy and RBRC (Robin Christien) a warned man is worth 2 !!
