Coppens made an offer to make potted greenhouses in our storage room. Michael Coppens of Coppens Interiors received an advance and would start the works after receiving the advance. We broke everything up and got him to work. Three months later than agreed, still not started, all kinds of reasons, such as truck defective, CNR machine broken, etc… We declared him in default… We were without a functioning laundry and storage space for more than three months.
