COVICO - INVEST BVBA

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Covico - Invest BVBA. They helped us with a battery problem, but the quality of their work was poor. The costs were also far too high for what they delivered. In addition, they also planned poorly and did not seem very professional in their approach. It is a shame that we are not satisfied with the result of their work. Hopefully they can improve their service for other customers in the future.

I can't say enough how happy I am with the work Covico Energyh has done in my home in Brasschaat. They have installed solar panels and a gas condensing boiler in combination with a heat pump boiler. I give them a score of 5 out of 5 and that is more than deserved. The quality of the work they have done is truly excellent. You can really tell that they have an eye for detail and that they take pride in their craftsmanship. The price they asked was also fair and correct. In addition, the work they did was very clean. No mess left behind and everything tidy. All in all, I highly recommend Covico. They are not only experts in their field, but also friendly and reliable. It was a pleasure to work with them. Gilles came to visit us to assess the situation and prepare the quotation. We had already received 2 other quotes and they were in the same price range, but Gilles gave us the best feeling. He was also present at the works themselves at 7:00 in the morning to coordinate the works. I am satisfied

I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am with COVICO ENERGY's services! They installed solar panels, a heat pump, a home battery and a charging station for me and I am very satisfied. From the very first contact, communication with this company was excellent and they were always professional and friendly. They had an eye for detail and worked with a disciplined approach. I was particularly impressed with the excellent quality of the work delivered. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail and the price was also correct. Sometimes I don't fully understand their planning because two days before they came they let me know that they still had a cavity so that they would come a little earlier. Not a problem for me because I could easily free myself. We did the complete installation via a credit with Covico and that was at 2.89% fixed interest over 10 years. We found this very interesting.

Covico has installed solar panels for us. Communication prior to installation went smoothly, but there were some difficulties with the installation of the cables. The technicians Sammy & Matthew solved this professionally and neatly concealed it. We are very satisfied with the collaboration with Covico!

I recently had solar panels with batteries installed by COVICO - INVEST BVBA in Helchteren. Unfortunately I have to say that I am disappointed in the works that have been carried out. The wiring is connected incorrectly according to the color code, which seems very inaccurate. In addition, the battery's rating plate is not visible for the inspection and the company refuses to change it. This seems unprofessional. Unfortunately, I can only conclude that the service from COVICO - INVEST BVBA has been expensive, chaotic and rude. It's a shame that these negatives detract from the positive aspects of my experience.

I can't believe how pleased we are with the work Covico Energy has carried out! Through acquaintances we heard about their excellent quality in installing solar panels, so we decided to send them an email. Gilles came by and gave an honest and transparent assessment of the works. We were immediately impressed and signed the quotation. Just two weeks later, the solar panels were installed and they were also inspected within a week. The work was carried out safely with scaffolding and fencing at the eaves, just as we requested. It is clear that these professionals have an eye for detail and deliver a high-end finish. The price was correct and a 30% deposit had to be paid. The entire process went according to good planning and the employees were disciplined and professional. The communication was clear and friendly. In short, we are extremely satisfied with the clean work that COVICO has delivered!

First had a new gas boiler installed at Covico together with solar panels and home battery. When the solar panels are installed, they say “yes, we cannot install these panels on your roof, they are slates with asbestos”. Supposedly hadn't seen the seller when he kindly submitted his quote. After many fives and sixes, I decided that they could place the solar panels on my flat roof of the garage, certainly not ideal because the arrangement is north-west, but well, we still enjoyed it in the summer. Ordered an air heat pump with buffer tank at the beginning of last year. Again huge problems with installation, they had to come by at least 5 times to get the air heat pump going. The air-water pump was installed since 17/02/2022 but without the buffer tank, until today I am still waiting for that. If you're lucky that they answer the phone, it's all empty promises they make, yes, we'll come then ... but you don't see anyone, ... yes, I'll call you back later .... Of course you don't hear back from anyone. E-mails sent are also not answered, neither to the 2 brothers nor to the father, nor to the accounting department. Incredible all. Informing them that we have been without heating since the end of August 2022, have not seen anyone since then, we have 2 small children aged 6 and 3, but do they care? No. They just let you down. We have arranged the payment of our air-water pump through a loan. We had to declare from them to the bank that everything had already been placed in order to release the money, otherwise they would not start the works. They have therefore been paid since 17/02/2022, but we are still waiting for our buffer water tank and the correct installation of the whole. We are more than fed up and will soon be contacting our lawyer and also informing the media about this unbelievable practice. Look, I'm also self-employed and can understand that it's busy, but don't let your customers know, literally leave them out in the cold, take advantage of the customer's goodness, these are many bridges too far and this company with its incompetent management should be stopped in order to protect others from these practices. So folks, if you are considering working with any part of Covinco, let me tell you, from someone who has experienced it first hand and is still experiencing it. DO NOT DO IT !!!
