Dakprofijt dangerously connected our solar panels in the meter box. It was literally crackling! An electrician came by and told us this was amateur work and a huge fire hazard. We called Dakprofijt about it; they told us to send an email. We never heard anything back. A month later, we called again, saying, "We'll discuss it and call you back today." At the end of the day, we heard nothing. I called again, but no one answered during business hours. Apparently, our story didn't impress them much—well, it did us. We live here with our family, and I feel utterly ripped off. I find it incredibly reprehensible that they're making such gross and dangerous mistakes. This shouldn't happen.

They install solar panels. But if you have a problem, they don't respond. When you call to ask if someone can come and look at the system because there's a hardware issue, they don't say anything and keep providing a remote update. But that's not the problem. So don't do business with this company. Find another company for your solar panels.

I've invested thousands of euros in a Fox ESS battery and inverter system installed by Dak Profijt, yet I receive absolutely no technical support after installation—leaving me with a system that doesn't work properly. This is unacceptable. The installation likely went smoothly, but if there are any issues afterward, support or warranty coverage are nearly impossible to reach. While previous reviews may have been positive, Dak Profijt currently appears to be understaffed, as they are taking on too many projects simultaneously without being able to handle them adequately. Customer service seems to only respond with standard instructions or manuals, but doesn't offer any real response or solution when needed. In short: a large investment, zero aftercare—very disappointing. The initial meeting was good, with a smooth-talking, clear-headed spokesperson. But the outcome was disastrous. I gave the mechanic money that I had counted not only the day before but twice that day. The mechanic counted the money and signed the invoice for approval. Despite his approval and signature, he called that afternoon to say there was €300 short and asked if I wanted to pay it after all. I was certain I was right, but I told him, to avoid an unpleasant "yes/no" argument, I would transfer the money. I immediately received a payment confirmation asking if this was a credit note. Then, immediately, a request to transfer the remaining amount. Extremely sloppy and scandalous, I wrote that I wanted my overpaid €300 refunded. My request was bluntly refused, and they made remarks that were more than idiotic. They insulted me, attacked my integrity, and called me a liar. They claim I have no proof, even though I've sent them a photocopy of the technician's signature twice. They refuse to connect me to management. In short, don't trust this company! They're criminal scammers! Solar panels are a hot topic. If I can't discuss this with management, I'll be happy to share my opinion with others. Chr. Koning

Mooie offerte, vriendelijk contact, aardige hardwerkende monteurs/installateurs. Nu resultaten afwachten maar heb er vol vertrouwen in.

Slecht bedrijf met heel slechte service. Na montage lekkage gekregen die ze niet willen vergoeden. Zeer slechte montage van de zonnepanelen.

Dakprofijt heeft ons geweldig geholpen in wat voor ons een totaal onbekende omgeving was. Installatie was vlug en professioneel, maar het was vooral het telefonisch contact, de zorg vooraf en de nazorg die dit bedrijf werkelijk onderscheidt van de andere. Niks minder dan 5 sterren, echt zeer zeker aan te raden zodra u op zoek bent naar zonnepanelen.

Wat een top bedrijf! Je komt tegenwoordig zelden mensen tegen die echt goed zijn in hun vak. Dakprofijt is dit nog wel! Vriendelijke vertegenwoordiger die alles rustig uitlegde en me niet probeerde over te halen. Snel geplaatst, BTW teruggave werd door hen geregeld. Dikke 10! Mocht ik ooit verhuizen, bel ik jullie weer! Groetjes, familie van Amerongen Amstelveen Inmiddels verhuisd en Dakprofijt is weer geweest. En weer dikke 10!

Bad customer support - app not working. After weeks from installation, I am still waiting to have all the panels working. At the moment only 2 out of 10 seems to work.
