Pleasant introduction and clear quotation
David himself came by for the introductory meeting, which resulted in a quote. Afterwards he came by again to make some adjustments, to give a good explanation and to find solutions for the problems that arise. He is a pleasant person and the communication is in a nice informal way. If he is not available by phone, he will contact you afterwards and will answer emails quickly. The price offer was clearly subdivided and fair in price.

Bonjour, pourriez-vous vous remanifester afin de régler le problème de fuite et de dernière rangée de dalles qui sont bancales. Vous ne répondez pas à mes appels, ni à mes messages alors que le paiement a été effectué. Vous m’avez promis de contacter mes locataires il y a trois semaines et ils n’ont toujours pas de nouvelles de vous. Merci de faire le nécessaire s’il vous plaît !
