Have the gentleman come for a quote.
Have Mr. Ide come for a quote. Rate requested in advance, €30 per hour, 60 or 70 cents per km travel costs. It was exactly 35' with me. The amount due would have been less than €30. I pay €50, I call for 1 month straight: no quote. If the rest of the work goes like this, I certainly cannot recommend him
