Solar panels ordered and paid in full in June 2023 No panels seen to date, emails not answered, phone not answered. I'm literally in the cold and shit

Literally speechless at this malpractice! Squeezing money, but DON'T keep ANY PROMISE. Pure scam, consciously and without any shame. And what worries me the most is that they can keep doing this?! We have lost the advance, not a single solar panel, installer, let alone seen goodwill. Legal action has been taken, but please NEVER do business with this company or any company these people are involved with! They are scammers.

Never again solar panels De Winter!!! They only keep one appointment, that is to make a quotation. Their hobby horse is to promise and not keep their agreements. It takes a lot of luck to get someone on the phone or that they answer an email. A punctual email to make payment before they do any work. I don't want to go into further detail, but I can easily write a few pages full of how this company works amateurishly.

ABSOLUTELY DON'T. Zero communication, Missed 4 appointments already. Excuse after excuse. These are thieves. And show off his expensive cars and watches on his facebook. Unbelievable that such people are allowed to run a business. Apparently has ripped off countless people in the past with another company. DO NOT.

Empty promises. No communication and if there is communication then nothing is fulfilled. Unfriendly. I don't see any willingness to come up with solutions. Waiting times of more than half a year, but high advances are required. Definitely not satisfied.

September 2022 contract signed for the supply and installation of a battery. This was promised to us and was an appointment for the end of November. But it was never placed after 3 failed appointments we asked for our advance back, now 5 months later after many phone calls, emails and registered letter have not received anything except promise that have been fulfilled.....

everything from start to finish well and beautifully finished, the solar panels do their job well

Incomplete execution of the works, empty promises, rude and often non-existent communication. Willing to come to a solution, but hardly get a response.

Unanswered emails and telephones, incomplete installation, delayed delivery. False promises. Many excuses not to speak to the customer such as too busy, meeting, heavily pregnant, not present....
