Do not work with DBC total renovation!!! Unreliable contractor. Asks for an advance and then doesn't let you know for quite some time and you can no longer reach him. Never of his word. Work that would normally be finished after 1 month has taken 1.5 years. Has often sent his cat. Bad execution.

Bad contractor, dishonest… Also bad works and incomplete works! I had to redo everything afterwards and have the fumbling and mistakes corrected!!! We have lost our pennies! Be careful with his quotes are not clear and cumbersome, so you cannot take any steps afterwards! A disgrace to construction!!!

After being referred by Impermo to this contractor for the installation of our splashback, I got in touch. He came by for a quote, after which a date was immediately set for the installation. The day in question, he sent his cat, after calling himself (voicemail only) he let me know via text message that it would no longer work that day due to employee illness (this can happen so I didn't worry yet), he went to contacting the same day itself for a new appointment, late at night I called again myself after not having received a message (again only voicemail), we agreed a new date via text message. On the day of the new date, half an hour after the normal start of work, I received a text message that it would not work again. I called immediately, but as I was already used to, he did not answer, and in the end did not say anything more. Not showing up for an appointment twice is really not possible, he always let me know nothing or too late, I always took congee for this and did not even want to speak to me so did not answer his mobile. That is why I strongly advise against this contractor because he does not fulfill his agreements and is completely unreliable.

DBC totaal renovatie is de eerste om langs te komen en een offerte op te maken. Zelfs de werken inplannen en nakomen is goed. MAAR, de werken zijn nog steeds niet afgewerkt. Ik spreek hier van het begin van Augustus '22 dat de werken begonnen zijn. Het tegelwerk is ook niet professioneel afgewerkt. In het begin belden we hem wekelijks, daarna maandelijks, maar telkens was het voicemail. Nooit belde hij terug. Foto's heb ik toegevoegd als voorbeeld hoe jullie het zouden krijgen mocht je hem vragen om uw werken uit te voeren. Een verwittigd persoon is er twee waard!
