Two minuses: After I had agreed with the quote, the amount was increased because there was an error in the calculation. I accepted this increase because the price of DDV was still much better than that of the competition. Second: The covers of the chimneys were blown off by a storm a short time after installation. They did fix it for free. The manager and staff of DDV are also very friendly, which is also a plus.
