Top service 👌. Over the past few years we have been helped “time and time again” within a very short period of time. Bought ATAG installation somewhere else 22 years ago and maintained it by ATAG until a few years ago (maintenance contract). Coincidentally ended up at De Craecker due to circumstances and can only recommend them!!! They really never leave you out in the cold. During their Christmas construction leave, the boiler finally gave up its ghost and a new one was installed on Friday. Customer is king is anything but cliché here 👌

Quickly and correctly solved our leaky drain problem. I was also shocked by the bill, but in a good way. My experience with other companies is that they sometimes send several people for a small problem and then invoice properly. This is certainly not the case with DCS, very pleasantly surprised by the more than correct price for the repair carried out.
