Kris Vermeir removed a skylight from a flat roof. He used liquid rubber on top of the original roofing. After 1.5 years, the rubber layer cracked, causing water to leak massively through the roof into the space below. Kris was suddenly no longer reachable, never showed up, never answered the phone, never responded to emails. It was an absolute disgrace how he let us down.
