Dissatisfied with prices and after service problem solving
Be careful with this company. They do not give a correct indication of the prices on the phone. And despite the fact that they say otherwise on the phone, the people who come by cannot make a price quote. As a result, you as a customer have to pay what they make of it afterwards. On top of that, the problem was not solved for us. The person who came the next day to check why it had not been solved actually suggested that we take an extra service (read: spend more money) which we refused. In the end, we had to roll up our sleeves and with the advice of neighbors we were able to solve it ourselves. But apparently the invoice remains. We were only given the option to spread the cost over 2 months. But it is not about the possibility to pay the invoice but about receiving correct treatment. When we raise this via email and clearly ask for a correct invoice to be drawn up for the work that was delivered (read again: the problem was not solved) there is simply no response. Not even to the follow-up email. For me, these are malpractices and they take advantage of the fact that you as a customer have little say. My advice? Go somewhere else. If only for the poor 'after sales service' and the ignoring.

Aangenaam verrast .Snel geholpen,op voorhand gebeld geweest om te zeggen dat ze eraan kwamen. Vlotte bediening en een zeer maar dan zeer vriendelijke en gedienstige persoon .zo kom je er niet veel tegen.dikke duim voor diene mens.op 10 min was ons probleem opgelost.

afspraak volledig geannuleerd. er was overeengekomen dat de dienst om 13uur zou langs komen ..en goed verwittigd dat er tussen 12 en 1 uur moeilijk verkeer zou zijn wegens uitgang van school. ze wilden absoluut komen om 12u 15 op het slechte moment en dan wachttijd aanrekenen omdat ze uiteraard moeilijk door konden..voor mij hoeft het niet meer.

24u geopend is niet juist. Zaterdag gebeld 2x gebeld met 10min tussen. Ook niet terug gebeld gekregen.Niet bereikbaar. Nochtans in het verleden al mee gewerkt maar geen problemen.
