Working without problems, but now untraceable and avoids contact.
If you have any problems with the problem and if the Venus is opened 1 for a long time, your business is a problem with the radar and you can always contact them by phone, email... D' If you are an entrepreneur, please contact us to discuss your needs with your client! Autant dire que ma guaranteed n'existe plus!

A éviter comme la peste, prix et travail correct et ensuite plus rien, vous ne les voyez plus! Impossible de les avoir au téléphone, ne répondent pas aux mails etc... Bref,votre garantie s'envole vu que plus aucun autre installateur ne veut reprendre la garantie de votre installation qui a été montée par un autre .

I had to deal with them as subcontractors for Svea Solar. They sent the workers without ensuring that a lift was available for them at installation day. I had to find myself a local solution for them because they said it is not possible to find a lift for the same day. I found one in 5 minutes. Their customer service is miserable. They will ignore you with grace. Never answer emails. Very polite on the phone, but always doing nothing for your demands even after daily calls. They didn't finish my installation and dumped the project so now another company has to come to finish it. NOT RECOMMENDED !!! This is not a way to do business. It is a shame.

Bonjour Installation mise en route et prix corrects mais pour avoir le document pour ORES C est une catastrophe Pas de suivi Je n arrête pas de téléphoner et toujours rien Contrôle installation début mars et toujours pas document

2 jaar geleden installatie laten plaatsen in samenwerking met de groepsaankoop West-Vlaanderen. Sedert de eerste dag is er een probleem met één string en dit sleept nog steeds aan. Communicatie verloopt extreem moeilijk. Op e-mails wordt er niet geantwoord, enkel telefonisch contact is mogelijk. Al reeds 3 maal is er een technieker langsgekomen maar er is uiteindelijk nog steeds niets opgelost. Ook moet ik steeds zelf contact met hen opnemen om te vragen wat ze aan de installatie hebben gedaan. Hier heb ik slechts één woord voor: beschamend...
