As it should!
Quick and smooth contact where the wishes were conveyed. Quotation received with competitive price and work started shortly afterwards as agreed. The installers of the heat pump were friendly and left everything clean. The installation is also neatly placed. No assessment yet about after-service because I have not (yet) had any problems, but as agreed, I did receive the necessary information for applying for the premium.
