First the wrong panels were delivered. They were going to place the solar panels 5 cm over my neighbor's roof, on closer inspection this was not necessary. There are holes from wrong drillings in the inside of the attic. First a wrong hole was drilled in the wall of my house for the cables to the inverters. But the worst thing is that they are almost impossible to reach, I was able to get them to clean the solar panels once. Now 14/05/25 they are no longer reachable on their landline. I have also called 6 mobile numbers, only 1 person called me back but he no longer works there. It seems that they are bankrupt in 3 years there have been two changes of address. So my loss: no more 20 years of maintenance, inspection of the inverter and no infrared test. Lost 5 years of work warranty.
