D'HONDT INTERIEUR

Ik heb helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring gehad met D’HONDT INTERIEUR. Ze kregen een (1/2) op 5 van mij. Since the best of the best merchandise is not yet installed, it is 90% of the total price. We have no jurisdiction with legal provisions where the law is in force. Communication has been confirmed and is on-going. Heel jammer, want het geeft zoveel stress. If you freeze it, you won't have to worry about it, but it won't do anything. Geen aanrader in Tervuren of elders.

Unfortunately, our experience with D'HONDT INTERIEUR is not positive. The installation of the interior windows and doors would take place in March 2023. 90% deposit paid, it is now March 2024, no communication from them unless you send a registered letter... but even then promises that are not kept. definitely not recommended.

Ik heb onlangs D'HONDT INTERIEUR takes care of one of our rooms in Perwez. Helaas moet ik zeggen dat de ervaring een complet ramp was. De kwaliteit van het werk was verschrikkelijk, met onnauwkeurige en basisafwerking. Bovendien was of the prices helemaal neither correct in werd and een hoog voorschot gevraagd. From planning was slecht to chaos, from communication was verwarrend to professionalism. Het bedrijf liet vuil achter en de vakman was onbeschoft. Ik heb maandenlang zonder deuren en mijn huis moeten leven vanwege de niet-nagekomen deadlines. Al met al kan ik niet anders dan deze ervaring als een een catastrophe bestempelen.

Company to stay far away from!!! We have been waiting for our doors for 11 months now, and still have no idea of an installation date. The planning department is unreachable or cannot/will not provide further information, emails are not responded to... A target date (month) has already been given several times, which has subsequently not been adhered to. Based on their promises, we set a moving date, in the end we had to move with 2 small children without doors. A disgrace! To stay very far away from!!

Very bad experience that has lasted for 2 years: parquet installation different from what we ordered delivery of a broken door 😡 and bad times don't want to know anything despite the complaints

8 doors and 1 double steel door 90% paid 29/09/2022 installation promised 4 times and left half past 10/2022 (sales technique: oral placement within 6 weeks if you still sign during the week) after half past 02 / half past 04 / half 05 23/05 no news, email unsent and no response. I regret not reading the opinions of other customers, I would have avoided this company. The scenario is largely the same for all customer experiences

Ordered 5 interior doors. Nothing delivered after 1.5 years. Well, lame excuses that contradict each other. This seems to be standard procedure when I read the other reviews on the internet.

We ordered 3 interior doors in March 2022. April 2022 90% paid. The doors were going to be installed in October 2022. Now March 2023 still no doors and nothing planned for delivery/installation yet.

Blijf weg van deze firma! Trekt op niets. Enkel maar slechte ervaringen. Beloven veel maar komt niets van terecht. Onze deuren besteld, betaald maar nog geen deuren. Valse beloftes. En om iemand aan de lijn te krijgen moet je heel veel geluk hebben. Via mail krijg je soms antwoord maar die persoon weet van niets en kan je ook niet verder helpen. Heel slechte communicatie, slechte service, niets positief te zeggen van deze firma. Verschrikkelijk gewoon... Intussen al maanden verder, nog steeds geen deuren, altijd maar uitstellen. NOOIT bestellen bij deze firma! En vriendelijke zijn ze ook niet. SLECHTE firma!! Verschrikkelijk gewoon... Heeft iemand dit jaar een levering, plaatsing gehad van dit bedrijf???
