What went wrong? Once everything has been paid: everything. We have to ask for updates ourselves. Installation dates are postponed the day before with half-baked excuses. It takes almost a year for an order and they can't give a target date for delivery after a year. Sellers give delivery dates that they know can't be met. Absolutely to be avoided like the plague!

Ik raad D’HONDT INTERIEUR absolutely nothing. Mijn ervaring met hen in Kruisem was ronduit chaotic. Na het betalen van een voorschot, bleef het project stil staan ondanks talloze herinneringen van mijn kant. He was duidelijk dat professionaliteit ver te zoeken was. De communicatie verliep stroef en onbeschoft, wat eerlijk gezegd frustrerend was. Helaas bleek de prijs ook allesbehalve correct te zijn. Als je dit leest voordat je een betaling doet, raad ik je sterk aan om verder te zoeken.

D'HONDT INTERIEUR heeft in Couthuin ons geduld flink op de proef gesteld. We hebben acht maanden moeten wachten op eleven bestelling. Please note that you have to wait for the delivery of your customer service; I don't want to know what to do with you, but I don't want to communicate with you anymore. We are legally bound to have a factual charge of at least 15 days, which means that you have to pay the following notice. This was due to the fact that the basic work was carried out, but we did not have to do so. Ondanks dat de uitvoering van het werk zelf zelf correct est, stelt hun planningsvermogen ernstig teleur.

My dream kitchen has become reality thanks to D'Hondt Interieur! From the first contact to the last fine finish, everything was taken care of down to the last detail. The team delivered real craftsmanship in Ghent with an eye for detail and always neat and professional. My kitchen now radiates excellent quality, and that for a fair price. I cannot contain my happiness with this beautiful acquisition. Really recommended for anyone looking for custom craftsmanship!

I recently had my stairs and base units installed by D'HONDT INTERIEUR in Ghent. The finish is really beautiful, exactly what I had in mind. The quality of the work is top, and everything was neatly done within the agreed time. The communication was clear and friendly; it felt like I was kept informed every step of the way. D'Hondt Interieur heeft topwerk geleverd in onze woning in Oostkamp! We gaven hen de opdracht voor parket en een nieuwe keuken, en alles verliep vlekkeloos. Hun communicatie was helder, en de planning werd perfect nageleefd. Bovendien klopte de prijs met de afgesproken offerte. Het eindresultaat? Uitstekende kwaliteit en een prachtige afwerking. We zijn meer dan tevreden en kunnen dit team ten zeerste aanraden!

Ik heb helaas een zeer teleurstellende ervaring gehad met D’HONDT INTERIEUR. Ze kregen een (1/2) op 5 van mij. Since the best of the best merchandise is not yet installed, it is 90% of the total price. We have no jurisdiction with legal provisions where the law is in force. Communication has been confirmed and is on-going. Heel jammer, want het geeft zoveel stress. If you freeze it, you won't have to worry about it, but it won't do anything. Geen aanrader in Tervuren of elders.

Unfortunately, our experience with D'HONDT INTERIEUR is not positive. The installation of the interior windows and doors would take place in March 2023. 90% deposit paid, it is now March 2024, no communication from them unless you send a registered letter... but even then promises that are not kept. definitely not recommended.
