May 2025 Incompetent showroom staff. We wanted doors and a stair railing. Mr. Ottoy Peter had us sign the stair quote to lock in the terms. To prepare the railing quote, a surveyor would come to measure the doors and the railing. After his visit, we could get a quote for the railing. The surveyor was completely unfriendly. This gentleman told me that we didn't need the railing measurements. Another colleague was supposed to come. June 2025 Total lack of follow-up. Impossible to contact the company regarding the surveyor's visit for the railing despite emails, phone calls... finally, we returned to the showroom for an explanation. Mr. Ottoy confirmed that he would contact us to schedule a date. July 2025 Still no news! And no one is responding to our request. Back to the showroom again. Mr. Ottoy told us that they wouldn't install the railing after all because the staircase already existed and wasn't installed by them. Couldn't they have told us that directly? Rather than wasting over three months plus numerous calls, emails, and showroom visits, we received an email from Dhondt with no subject line or text, containing only our quote and the detailed amounts for our doors. We wondered: Is this an invoice? What should we do? We went back to the showroom again and again for an explanation. The man told us we didn't need to do anything. We lost our trust... we had no desire to work with a company that clearly didn't care about its customers. We decided to cancel! (Early July 2025). We went back to the showroom again and again. The man told us he couldn't do anything except forward our email to his superior. Email sent mid-July. End of August: No response... Another visit to the showroom and a phone call by me (while still in the showroom) to the relevant department. I got the phone number after being very unpleasant (unfortunately). The person couldn't find my email! But they promised me an answer by the following week. Guess what??? We're still waiting!!! And it's November 7th. A registered letter was sent at the end of September with a formal notice. The response at the end of October: the company is in receivership. All we can do now is hire a lawyer to put this whole thing to rest. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered two custom-made interior doors in April, with a delivery time of 12 weeks. Six months have passed since then, and the delivery date has already been extended several times. Their communication is terrible; they offer nothing but false promises and string customers along. They also make amicable termination virtually impossible; the only way to put an end to these practices is through legal action! In short: they lure customers in with supposedly temporary discounts that expire, but then repeatedly offer the same discounts online through advertisements and promotional material. They then provide false delivery dates and ask customers to pay a 90% deposit, but they don't keep their promises. After confrontation, they hide behind their "terms and conditions" and the fact that the delivery dates are merely indicative and therefore have no legal obligation. But delivery dates that are continually extended and exceed the deadline by months are no longer merely indicative; they are deliberately lying to customers!

I wish I'd looked this company up online beforehand! The internet is full of negative experiences! We ordered two custom-made interior doors in April, and they gave us a 12-week delivery time. Six months have passed since then, and the delivery date has already been pushed back several times. Their communication is terrible; they make nothing but false promises and string customers along. They also make an amicable termination impossible; the only way to put an end to these practices is through legal action! Really scandalous. Order placed more than a year ago and paid a large advance. To date still not placed, which means the house cannot be rented out and we lose months of rental income. Also no response and rude. Absolutely not recommended

Poor communication and delayed installation dates avoided

What went wrong? Once everything has been paid: everything. We have to ask for updates ourselves. Installation dates are postponed the day before with half-baked excuses. It takes almost a year for an order and they can't give a target date for delivery after a year. Sellers give delivery dates that they know can't be met. Absolutely to be avoided like the plague!
