At DSM BOUWTEAM we immediately realized that Robin was trained and knew what he was talking about. With the support of his old-timer father, we were confident to embark on the building adventure with them. We watched our house grow, meticulous work was done and progress was therefore remarkable. The yard was clean, our architect and the future neighbors were also impressed. The team effort was admirable.

As a complete layman, I started the plans for the construction of my house at the beginning of 2019. When I was looking for the right client, I ended up at DSM. From day 1 I was pleasantly surprised by the smooth cooperation and perfect communication. There was always a lot of feedback, extra information and tips for small adjustments that I hadn't thought of at all. A dream to be able to realize the entire construction in this way. DSM is therefore an absolute must for me.

When our neighbor started his new building with contractor DSM at the end of 2019, we were pleasantly surprised by the professional and clean work that this contractor delivered. Since part of our roof still had to be renewed, we did not hesitate to request a quote and eventually have the work carried out. We are still impressed by the correct attitude, good communication, speed and perfect execution. We don't regret our decision for a second, we weren't expecting this.

We ended up at DSM via the Happy Building site. After a smooth e-mail traffic, we soon had our first introductory meeting. It was immediately clear to us that we want to build our home with these people. We were kept informed at every step, adjustments were thoroughly discussed, good communication with our architect, honest, correct, detailed settlements, clean on site, eye for detail, quality materials are just a few things that immediately come to mind . I have such a good feeling about these people that I would never hesitate to work with them again in the event of a future new building. Even after the construction process, they are still ready to answer all your questions. Don't hesitate, just do it! DSM is top notch! Too bad I can't give more than 10!

A feat for the contractor structural work: existing basement raised, wooden grids replaced by concrete, while the above walls were not allowed to be removed from heritage. Many artifices performed by the contractor to fireplace the dilapidated walls.; to restore.

The works of construction team DSM included: Earthworks. Cast cellar (subcontracting), house has a full basement. Masonry interior walls basement (concrete stone). Complete erection of the rest of the structural work. Pouring sloped concrete on roofs. Install skirting boards and sills. Lay wells, sewers and conduit pipes for utilities up to the basement wall.
