The quote and the final amount you pay are miles apart. I ended up paying 60% more than what was charged in the quote. The communication is terribly bad. To which the contractor playfully confirms that he knew this :( Ended up having to wait three months for the toilet to be repaired because they had installed a faulty pump. Their invoices are also so unclear that you never know exactly what you are paying or not paying. before renovating my house was the biggest mistake i made don't make the same mistake as me and never accept their quotes or have it checked by a lawyer and make sure it's watertight i would advise anyone not to to do business with those two cowboys.
