DVN Services

I recently received help from DVN Services to replace a float on my toilet. Communication with the company was friendly and although it took some time to arrange the installation, I understood that this was not a priority. The actual installation took only 10 minutes, after the professional first came to examine the problem for 5 minutes. However, afterwards I received a bill for 225 euros, of which 70 euros was for the float valve, which only costs 25 euros in the store. When I politely expressed my reservations about this amount by email, I was told that from now on I would have to do it myself. For these reasons I cannot recommend DVN Services. I would recommend requesting a quote in the future, even for jobs that only take a few minutes.
