Never experienced
In the summer bought a refrigerator for my mother: promised price 799 eur including installation. In the end my mother is presented with the bill of 969 eur: ah yes the refrigerator had increased 200 eur in 1 week! I think a deal is a deal. My mother was presented with the payment tray, even though she had 1 month to pay according to the invoice. Called and I was told that they would refund a part but the work would be charged. In the end, after many calls and emails, 42 eur was refunded, so they charge us 128 eur for placement, which took a maximum of fifteen minutes. 'I'll leave it at this' I was told. I hope these people still dare to look in the mirror because I have NEVER experienced this. My mother did not want to go to Loeters because she wanted the service of a small self-employed person, but this is literally 'putting an 89-year-old woman in the pocket'.
