We had the floor insulation, wall insulation and solar panels installed by Energie Control BVBA in Huissen, but what a disappointment! After the works we got serious moisture problems: mold on the skirting boards and rising damp. When we spoke to them about this, we were told that they were bankrupt. This feels like we have been abandoned without any responsibility or care. No support, despite the promised guarantee. "Unprofessional" is an understatement. Be warned; with Energie Control you are on your own after payment.

We hired them for floor insulation, wall insulation and solar panels, but soon had to deal with serious moisture problems such as mould on the skirting boards and rising damp. These problems have negatively affected our living environment and health. When we contacted them to invoke the promised guarantee, we were told that the company had gone bankrupt. This came as not only a shock, but also as a bitter disappointment given their lack of responsibility. Their reaction was unprofessional and showed that they withdrew their hands from the case after the payment of the bill. We are now left without any support, despite the initial promises. In Huissen we now know better; if you are considering working with Energie Control, think twice. After all, you do not want to be left with the consequences of their default.
