During installation, there was a complete lack of respect for the existing condition. Light fixtures were broken, foam was on carpets, even where no window was replaced, foam was on the new woodwork and walls. The work was frequently postponed because they were constantly relocating to a different location to solve a problem. Quality: the windows are white wooden. The paint rubs off when you clean them. The silicone is of poor quality, so several windows leak when it rains. English had to replace the putty on some, but not everywhere. So now towels are placed inside on the windowsills. The seals on several windows are not properly sealed, so the tilt-and-turn system doesn't always work. The aftercare is inadequate, and payment for the installation must be made in full before the work is completed. This means the customer has little say.

English uses the Greek Alumil profiles,. Cheap but very poor quality. Windows warp at the slightest sunshine. Don't get caught.

Good follow-up and personal approach

In January 2016 contract signed for 8 new windows, a side door and a front door. Still not posted in June!

Replacement of 3 windows and 2 doors (security doors)

remove old windows and install new windows + finish in mdf

renew front door

replacing existing wooden windows with single glazing with insulating glass and wooden windows.
