I am very disappointed with my experience with Ensys for the installation of a heat pump (heat pump boiler). The HVAC team shows little to no understanding for the customer and does not come across as customer-friendly at all. The work was carried out by a subcontractor, which meant that I had to explain everything in English myself and take on the role of foreman. There was clearly a focus on speed instead of quality: the installers wanted to be finished as quickly as possible and leave again. Delivering quality work was apparently not a priority. When I complained about this, the finger was pointed at me as a customer without hesitation. Only after sending a registered letter and numerous e-mails was action finally taken. This confirms to me the lack of professionalism and customer focus. For the sake of completeness, I would like to add that my previous experience with Ensys, when installing solar panels, was positive. The installation went correctly and without any problems. In short: you can consider them for solar panels, but I absolutely do not recommend Ensys for a heat pump or HVAC installation

Zeer professionele firma. Super communicatie en bereikbaar. Niets dan lof over de installatie (zonnepanelen) die bij ons geplaatst is.

Batterij installatie uitgevoerd volgens de planning. Installateurs met verstand ter zake, en heel vriendelijk. Een kleine tip: de administratie kan ietsepietsie beter worden afgestemd op de vragen van de klant

Alle afspraken voor plaatsing goed opgevolgd en ook nadien een vriendelijke hulp bij premieaanvraag.

Jonge dynamische firma. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij vragen , specifiek bij het invullen van officiële documenten. Correct naleven van afspraken en uitvoeren van de geplande werken.

Van offerte tot keuring perfect geholpen. Zelfs erna met de aanvraag voor de premie alles met mij overlopen!
